HAIL MARY SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP
1 bottle of Bertoli alfredo sauce
1 (10 ounce) package of frozen, chopped spinach
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/3 cup shredded Parmesan
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon of salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl mix spinach (thawed and drained) with all ingredients and pour into 8x8 inch baking dish. Bake 30 minutes, or until cheeses are bubbly. Serve warm with thick, crusty bread!
SLOW COOKER, FAST LOOKER PULLED PORK SANDWICHES
Pork roast (4 lb)
16 oz. can of beer
1 bottle barbeque sauce (a GOOD one!)
Large onion, cut in big pieces
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
Dash cayenne pepper
Brown roast in oiled skillet. Put onion in bottom of your slow cooker. Put meat on top and add all ingredients EXCEPT BBQ Sauce. Cook 8-10 hours on low. Remove large pieces of fat, onions, and ½ of stock juices from slow cooker. Shred pork. Add barbecue sauce and refrigerate overnight. Next day, reheat in slow cooker for a couple of hours. Serve on soft, warm rolls.
ANGELIC DEVILED EGGS
6 hard-boiled eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon honey mustard, or more to taste
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Paprika
Halve eggs lengthwise. Carefully remove yolks into small bowl and mash. Add mayonnaise, honey mustard, and pepper. Blend until smooth. Spoon yolk mixture into egg halves; sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
BRIDGETTE'S BUFFALO WINGS
Package of chicken wingettes
2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 cup Louisiana hot sauce
1 cup butter
Oil for frying
Dredge clean, towel-dried chicken in flour/seasoned salt mixture. Shake off excess flour, deep fry 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees. Drain on paper towels. In large, microwave safe dish, melt butter with hot sauce. Toss fried chicken wings in butter sauce mixture. Place on serving plate with bleu cheese, ranch, and celery and carrot sticks.
SUPER EASY BLANKET PIGGIES
Two cans regular size Pillsbury Crescent rolls
Two packages small sausage links
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. On greased cookie sheet, starting with widest end, roll sausage up in crescent dough. Repeat, placing each one two inches apart on cookie sheet (you will have to make two batches). Bake 8-12 minutes. Serve hot with honey mustard dip!
