A personal review of the Spirit S-320
This is a mid-sized gas grill with basic features and a clean, crisp look that is quite appealing. The square tube frame is welded, not bent like you would see in lower-quality grills; it is a frame that is sturdy and sound. All of the stainless steel parts on this grill are 304 surgical grade, which is rust-proof. Cooking on this grill is quite an experience, as I have never experienced so few flare-ups, and there are no hot spots.

Tips:
Most Weber® Grills will give you good control of your cooking temperature. This grill is no exception. Temperature control is very important when cooking all meats, particularly beef. When cooking a steak on this grill, make sure the beef has been sitting at room temperature for at least a half hour. This will allow the steak to not be so cold when you throw in on the grill. Putting very cold or frozen meats on a hot grilling surface is bad for two reasons; the cold meat actually cools the cooking surface, which improperly sears the meat; and the sudden large change in temperature actually "shocks" the meat, which leads to a tougher steak. Now that you have your uncooked meat at the right temperature, it is time to cook. Pre-heat the grill for about ten minutes with the front and middle burners on high, and the rear burner off. Once the grill is heated, turn the front and middle burners to medium. Place the steak in the center of the grill, between the front and middle burners. Sear the meat for about three minutes on each side. Next, flip again, this time placing the steak between the middle and rear burners. Cooking indirect like this will allow the steak to cook slower, and be more tender. About 5-8 more minutes for medium should do the trick depending on the thickness.
Conclusion:
The good quality and relatively low price makes this grill a good buy. I have also had personal experience with Weber's customer service and have been very pleased, which adds even more value to their product.
