How to Make Good BBQ Ribs

¼ cup ground black pepper

2 Tablespoon Ground Ginger

2 Tablespoons Ground Nutmeg

Stir till boils and lower heat to simmer 15 min (texture should be like thick BBQ sauce). Allow to cool 15 min before using. In a small bowl mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, ground ginger and ground nutmeg and set aside. Place ribs on a double layer of heavy duty foil. Massage spice mix into ribs make sure to cover all areas well. Pour ¼ BBQ basting sauce on top, wrap tight, place in a dish and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Cover BBQ basting sauce and refrigerate. Day Two Preheat grill to Med-High. Place foil wrapped BBQ Ribs on grill for 1 hour turning every 15min. After one hour unwrap BBQ Ribs and place directly on grill grate for 30 min. Turning frequently and anointing with reserved BBQ basting sauce.

Notes:

I have used this with chicken thighs and it is just as good. Mom used to serve a warm wet wash cloth for each person when she fixed BBQ...I think it is perfect idea with these BBQ Ribs.

OK please enjoy these ribs soon. Y'all deserve a great BBQ meal today. Share the link with all your friends and enemies too.... Mizpah ;-}} gt;
