4 PACK - California Rancher's Oaky & Smoky Tangy Small Batch BBQ Sauce (4-pack)

- Flavor: Oaky & Smoky barbecue sauce is worlds away from the typical, mass-produced sugar bombs which are packed with artificial ingredients. We use our flagship Oaky & Smoky BBQ seasoning as the base for the sauce. You’ll taste balanced layer after layer of flavor ranging from some smoke, some sweetness, and a little heat that gradually warms your mouth without getting hot. A little zing of tamarind makes this sauce unique and delicious.
- Quality: It’s no accident we use quality, clean ingredients such as organic cane sugar. All our barbeque sauces and dry rubs adhere to Whole Foods Market clean ingredient standards with no preservatives. Both are produced locally in small batches therefore assuring top quality and consistency. We use recyclable plastic bottles that are also easy to ship anywhere without risk of breakage.
- Tradition: California Rancher was started by a third-generation native California family using family recipes. The state of California provides most of the nation’s produce and some of the best seafood and meats. We are proud to share distinct California flavors that are unique to and celebrated in the Golden State such as our signature Santa Maria-style seasoning and dry rub.
- Versatility: Of course this sauce is delicious with anything grilled, smoked, BBQ’d, or roasted such as ribs, chicken, wings, tri-tip, pulled pork, brisket, chops, etc. But the unique, delicious flavors will bring you to use it where you wouldn’t with a mass-produced brand. Use instead of cocktail sauce with shrimp. Drizzle over a simple chicken sandwich. Make a healthy BBQ chicken salad. Mix in with and glaze your family meatloaf recipe. Glaze oven-roasted salmon.
- No GMOs. No MSG. Gluten free

Some of the Best Songs to Sing Around the Campfire.
Cowboys and songs go together like ribs and barbeque sauce. Here are some of the favorites that we used to either listen to or play around the campfire.
Typically after the rodeo or the work being done people would cook out some food and drink beer. There were a few of us who played guitar that hung out together, so someone always had a guitar. We would often sit around the campfire singing various songs and drinking beer. Most of the songs were rodeo related, but we did do some other stuff as well. Here are the top ten that we used to sing. I will also give a little bit of information about as well as some links to lyrics and videos when applicable.
1.) Sweet Home Alabama by Lynyrd Skynyrd. Since we went to college in Alabama this was a favorite of ours. It is a great southern pride song.
2.) Dixieland Delight by Alabama. This was always a good song to sing, especially when some of the girlfriends were along.
3.) The Beaches of Cheyenne by Garth Brooks. This is a song about a rodeo cowboy whose wife does not like him going to rodeos but he goes anyway and gets killed at one. She told him she did not care before he left but then went crazy after he died.
4.) I can still make Cheyenne by George Strait. This is another one about a cowboy that chooses rodeo over the lady in his life. It is a pretty good song, but my girlfriends at the time hated it and my wife also hates it.
5.) The Gambler by Kenny Rogers. The best advice in a song. Know when to hold em. Know when to fold em. Know when to walk away and know when to run. Never count your money when you're sitting at the table.
6.) Should have been a cowboy by Toby Keith. This is basically how cowboys live and how he wished he was one of them.
7.) Something like that by Tim McGraw. This is not really a serious song, but it always ended up getting played as it was released around the spring of my senior year.
8.) This cowboy's hat by Chris Ledoux. We sang lots of Chris Ledoux songs. I could do just a top ten of his we sung, but this one always made it to the campfire. This is about the conflict between a group of bikers and cowboys in a bar.
9.) He didn't have to be by Brad Paisley. One of the girls usually with us really liked this song, so we usually played it for her. It is one song that is defiantly about true love even when it is not required. I often think of my late father when I hear it.
10.) How Forever Feels by Kenny Chesney. It is pretty good to drink beer to. It's about famous people and how they feel when they are famous.
