Bikes, Blues, and Barbeque 2020
What began as a small organized group of riders in 2000 has grown into one of the largest bike rallies in the country. One you won't want to miss!
Bikes, Blues, and BBQ began in 2000 as a way to boost the economy in northwest Arkansas and bring together riders in the community. They soon formed a nonprofit organization and began donating money to local charities. It has continued to grow over the years. According to the official website (www.bikesbluesandbbq.org) last year more than 400,000 people attended!
From Bikes, Blues, and BBQ sprang up Bikes, Babes, and Bling to celebrate women riders. In 2020, both events will be combined into the biggest bike rally ever seen in this part of the country! The events begin September 26th and will last through the 29th.
The Ozark Mountains are a great setting for riding and the number of bikes in the area that weekend will be amazing. If you haven't already booked a room in the area, be ready to travel since rooms sell out quickly.
Events
There will be more than twenty different musical groups performing throughout the event (check the schedule here). AMXA will be putting on an arena cross exhibition. Harley Davidson will feature a "Village" with bikes, apparel, and demo rides. They will also offer a ladies area to teach safety, ride preparation, and bike fit.
There will also be a fashion show (part of Bikes, Babes, and Bling) just for the women; a Miss Bikes, Blues, and BBQ contest; and a men's and women's karaoke contest.
Last year featured an amazing stunt show, a dyno-drag race (with your own bike), and Jeep even set up their famous hill.
Last, but not least, the famous barbeque contest will happen again. Some of the best cooks in the country will be there, so don't miss it!
There will be a number of vendors there and so many unique smaller attractions they can't all be mentioned. One thing is for sure, there is definitely something there to interest everyone no matter whether you prefer a cruiser, a sport bike, or a big hog, this bike rally is for you!
